In response to customer feedback, our long-popular Uni-frame thermoplastic mask has undergone a few improvements. We have made a few modifications to the frame itself that you’ll appreciate:
- A beveled edge around the frame allows for easier rotation of the swivel clamps on the baseplate.
- Relieved or "funneled" indexing holes on the frame's underside allow easier placement of the frame onto the baseplate pins.
- Clamp-centering features provide a light "locking" for the swivel clamps.
- A new two-part peel-and-stick patient ID label offers quick and easy patient identification of the mask, and for the patient’s chart or records.
- Also, if you have trouble with your head frames "bowing" on the baseplate after being in hot water, ask for a free set of clips designed to hold the frame down on the sides.
