TABULA SCREENSHOTWindows-based TABULA™ software enables the user to record dose data from the reader connected to a PC.

The software is very “visual” in that the user can designate, on a diagram or photo, sites where MOSFET dosimeters will be placed on patients. Up to 20 sites can be defined, either on one patient or up to four different patients.

This software allows you to plan, execute, and record the patient dose measurement data in one operation. In addition to patient dose verification, the software can be used for setup QA (e.g. IMRT) using phantoms where a number of dose points are used.
 Step 1. Pre-Irradiation
Modify Calibration Factors (CFs) and Correction Factors (CRs); check dosimeters; modify system settings; view existing reports. If parameters need to be changed or a MOSFET needs to be replaced, this is an opportunity to verify settings before proceeding
 Step 2. Treatment Info
Input treatment information for patient(s) and assign dosimeters. Indicate dosimeter locations by description or graphically. (This example shows a report without a diagram.)

This example shows how to assign the dosimeter sites graphically. Use the program's 5 standard body images, or import your own images (BITMAP, JPEG or GIF).
 Step 3. Measuring Dose
After irradiation, click "Record" on-screen to record data from the MOSFET 20 Reader. Dose data will be recorded and displayed on-screen (if the Reader's output is set to "mV") and deviation from Target Dose will be calculated.
Step 4. Viewing/Printing Reports
In the last step of the measurement procedure, view/print/save reports, and open existing reports; type in comments on reports. Two report-styles are available.
  • Designate dosimeter sites on a diagram or photo of a patient prior to treatment
  • Define up to 20 MOSFET sites, either on one patient or four different patients
  • Use the calibration factors already set in the Reader, or use the Reader output in mV and apply calibration factors in TABULA™
  • Pull from the library of anatomical sketches or import your own drawings/photographs in various standard formats (e.g. jpeg, gif, bitmap)
  • Assign dosimeters
  • Set target dose for each site at this step for comparison with the measured dose after irradiation
  • Print out as a record or as a planning aid for the therapist
  • View reports and add comments, print or save in the PC

The report will contain all the data input by the user on patient, radiation machine, MOSFET system, dosimeter sites (graphical and descriptive), target doses, measured doses, deviation between measured and target doses, calibration and correction factors, comments added by the user.
